I'm a feminine transformation coach and certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience specializing in nutrition, mindset, fitness, gut health, and nervous system regulation for women who are tired of the all-or-nothing cycle.
I also have celiac disease, which completely changed how I approach food, inflammation, and gut health. I know firsthand what it feels like to have your body working against you and to have to rebuild your relationship with food from the ground up. That experience is baked into every part of this program.
