Hi, I'm Casie.

I'm a feminine transformation coach and certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience specializing in nutrition, mindset, fitness, gut health, and nervous system regulation for women who are tired of the all-or-nothing cycle.

I also have celiac disease, which completely changed how I approach food, inflammation, and gut health. I know firsthand what it feels like to have your body working against you and to have to rebuild your relationship with food from the ground up. That experience is baked into every part of this program.

I built the Glow Code Method because I lived everything you're feeling. The bloat. The Monday restarts. The exhaustion of taking care of everyone except yourself. The gap between who you are and who you know you're meant to be.

Things You're Probably Wondering
Is this program for beginners or advanced women?
Both. The Glow Code Method meets you where you are. The training program has a beginner track and an intermediate track. The nutrition system is designed to work whether you've never tracked a macro in your life or you've been obsessively counting for years. The identity work is relevant at every level.
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, a gym membership is highly recommended for this program. The workouts are designed around gym equipment and you will get the best results training in a gym environment. If you do not currently have a membership, we strongly encourage you to get one before starting. A standard commercial gym with basic free weights and machines is all you need.
How much time do I need per week?
Training sessions are 60 to 90 minutes depending on the phase, 3 to 4 times per week. The two coaching call replays are 30 minutes each. Module content averages 20 to 30 minutes per module. Plan for roughly 6 to 9 hours of total weekly commitment across training, modules, and calls.
Is this a diet? Do I have to give up everything I love?
No. The Glow Code nutrition system is built on an anti-inflammatory, gluten-free foundation but it's designed to feel abundant, not restrictive. You'll learn the 80/20 rule, how to eat out without guilt, and a flexible macro framework that lets you actually live your life. This is the opposite of a diet.
What if I fall behind or miss a week?
You have lifetime access to everything. Go at whatever pace works for your life. The program is self-paced. There are no deadlines, no one locks you out, and you'll never lose access to the modules or call replays. Life happens. This program is built to accommodate that.
How is this different from other fitness programs?
Most fitness programs give you workouts and meal plans. The Glow Code Method does that but it also addresses your identity, your nervous system, your relationship with food, your hormones, and the emotional patterns that have made every other program temporary.
